Day to Day Operations:

  • Connect with our UPBEAT and HIGH ENERGY TEAM each morning via Zoom!!
  • Go over client information, leadership development and sales skills as a team
  • Recognize high performers on a weekly and daily basis
  • Practice and implement the skills that have been in front of the team!!
  • Report to assigned territories and leads provided by our client
  • Build relationships and connect with their customers on personal level
  • Identify and qualify consumers for client’s products and disqualify any customers that we cannot help
  • After understanding and developing the sales skills, be prepared to teach, train and develop like minded individuals and earn the opportunity to be a leadership role
